Will the GripMate Slim work with my phone?
Yes — it doesn't need MagSafe or any magnets. The Slim sticks onto the back of your phone case with extra-strength adhesive, so it works with iPhone, Samsung, Pixel and most other phones, plus Kindle and tablet cases. Apply it to a case rather than directly onto a bare phone, and press it onto a clean, dry, smooth surface for the strongest bond.
How do the strap and the kickstand work?
Slip a finger under the soft strap for a secure one-handed hold. To use it as a stand, pull the strap up along its aluminum sliding rail and it props your phone on its side for hands-free watching. Push it back down and it folds completely flat, so it slides into a pocket without snagging.
Can I still charge wirelessly?
No — the Slim has a metal rail and stays on your case, so it can interfere with wireless chargers. Please don't stick it to a case you use for wireless charging. If wireless charging matters to you, our magnetic grips lift off in a second: take a look at GripMate 1, GripMate 2 or the GripMate Ring.
How strong is the adhesive, and what's in the 2-Pack?
The adhesive is made to be applied once and stay put. It keeps getting stronger after you stick it on and reaches full strength after about 48 hours, so line it up carefully, press down firmly and go easy on it for the first couple of days. The 2-Pack is simply two grips in the same colour — handy for a second phone, a tablet or an e-reader.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns on unused grips within 30 days of delivery. If something isn't right with your order, email us at support@xyz-case.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive 3–6 days after you order — about 1–3 days to pack and dispatch, then 1–3 days in transit. We fulfill through Amazon’s US network, so we ship and deliver seven days a week and weekend orders aren’t held until Monday. Shipping is free on every order to the continental US, and you’ll get a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way.
