Frequently Asked Questions
Will the GripMate Ring work with my phone?
It snaps straight onto any MagSafe iPhone (iPhone 12 and newer), any Pixel with PixelSnap, and any case that already has a magnetic ring built in. If your phone or case isn't magnetic, two adhesive metal rings are included in the box so you can add a magnetic mounting point yourself.
How do the stand and the rotating ring work?
The hinge flips out from flat to 120°, so you can stand your phone upright for video calls or on its side for watching. The inner ring also turns a full 360°, which means you can move between portrait and landscape without unsticking anything or repositioning the grip on your phone.
Can I still charge wirelessly?
Take your GripMate off before charging and you're fine. It's held on by magnets rather than adhesive, so it slides away cleanly without scratching or marking your phone and snaps back into the same spot afterwards. Once it's off, use your MagSafe or Qi charger as normal.
How strong is the magnetic hold, and will the glitter wear off?
The Ring uses performance-grade N52 magnets — the strongest neodymium rating used in consumer accessories — so it holds firm while you scroll, text or shoot one-handed, and still lifts off easily when you want it to. The glitter is set into cast resin rather than glued on the surface, so it won't shed or rub away with everyday handling.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns on unused grips within 30 days of delivery. If something isn't right with your order, email us at support@xyz-case.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive 3–6 days after you order — about 1–3 days to pack and dispatch, then 1–3 days in transit. We fulfill through Amazon’s US network, so we ship and deliver seven days a week and weekend orders aren’t held until Monday. Shipping is free on every order to the continental US, and you’ll get a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way.
