Will GripMate 1 work with my phone?
It attaches by MagSafe or PixelSnap directly to a compatible iPhone or Google Pixel, and to any case that already has a magnetic ring. If your case isn't magnetic, we include adhesive metal rings in the box. At 2.5mm thick and 21g it stays pocketable on just about any phone.
What's the difference between GripMate 1, GripMate 2 and the GripMate Ring?
All three attach magnetically and all three give you a secure one-handed hold — the difference is what else they do. GripMate 1 is the original: an ultra-thin loop grip on an aluminium base, the most pocketable of the three. GripMate 2 keeps that loop and adds a flip-out aluminium kickstand that holds at any angle, plus dual-sided magnets so it also sticks to flat metal surfaces. The GripMate Ring is the glitter option, with a soft silicone finger loop, a 360° rotating inner ring and a 0–120° flip stand.
Can I still charge wirelessly?
Take your GripMate off before charging and you're fine. It's held on by magnets rather than adhesive, so it slides away cleanly without scratching or marking your phone and snaps back into the same spot afterwards. Once it's off, use your MagSafe or Qi charger as normal.
Is the loop comfortable for long use, and will it stretch out?
The loop is a TPU flex polymer shaped to spread pressure across your finger instead of digging in the way a hard ring does. It flexes back to shape, and it folds almost flat against the phone when you're not using it, so it doesn't catch in a pocket.

We accept returns on unused grips within 30 days of delivery. If something isn't right with your order, email us at support@xyz-case.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive 3–6 days after you order — about 1–3 days to pack and dispatch, then 1–3 days in transit. We fulfill through Amazon’s US network, so we ship and deliver seven days a week and weekend orders aren’t held until Monday. Shipping is free on every order to the continental US, and you’ll get a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way.
