We accept returns on unused cases within 30 days of delivery. If something isn’t right with your order, email us at info@xyz-case.com with your order number and we’ll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive 3–6 days after you order — about 1–3 days to pack and dispatch, then 1–3 days in transit. We fulfill through Amazon’s US network, so we ship and deliver seven days a week and weekend orders aren’t held until Monday. Shipping is free on every order to the continental US, and you’ll get a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way.
