Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard shipping rates within the United States:
- U.S. Mainland (most states): $7.00
- Hawaii: $10.99
- Alaska: $13.99
Free shipping applies when you purchase 2 or more items.

Carrier Options & Fulfillment
Our orders are fulfilled through Amazon's fulfillment network, which ensures reliable and efficient delivery. Carriers used for last-mile delivery may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Amazon Logistics, depending on your location and order details. The specific carrier is selected at Amazon's discretion. In many cases, your order may be delivered directly by Amazon. Carrier and tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
XYZ Case ships internationally. Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over customs processing times or fees. By placing an order, you accept responsibility for any applicable customs or import duties. If a package is refused or unclaimed due to customs fees, we are unable to issue a refund for the original shipping cost.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. XYZ Case is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@xyz-case.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
