Returns & Refunds Policy
At XYZ, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase while maintaining our commitment to reducing environmental waste. Please review our updated policy below.
1. Standard Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and must include the original packing slip.

Exclusions: Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping: For general "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Process: Email info@xyz-case.com with your order number to begin the process.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives broken or defective, we want to make it right immediately without the environmental cost of shipping broken plastic back and forth.

No Return Needed: Simply send a photo of the damage and your order number to info@xyz-case.com.

Replacement: We will send you a free replacement right away. Claims must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or model:

Process: Exchanges are handled on an application basis. Please contact us with a photo of your unused item in its original packaging.

Processing Time: Once your exchange is approved and the original item is received, please allow 5–7 business days for us to process and ship your new item.
4. 1-Year Limited Warranty
We stand by the quality of our cases. All XYZ products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental drops, or damage caused by improper use.
5. Shipping & Promotions

Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders containing 2 or more items.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
6. Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Timeline: Most refunds post within 10 business days.
