How do I know which size to order?
Your case size matches your phone model. On iPhone, go to Settings → General → About to find your model name. On Samsung or Google devices, check Settings → About Phone. Most other Android brands follow the same path, look for "About Phone" in your Settings app.
Will this case work with MagSafe and wireless charging?
It depends on the style! Many of our cases feature a built-in back ring grip, which adds versatility for standing and holding, but makes them better suited for users who don't rely on MagSafe or wireless charging daily. What's your return policy?
We accept returns on unused cases within 30 days of delivery. If something isn't right with your order, email us at support@xyz-case.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive 3–6 days after you order — about 1–3 days to pack and dispatch, then 1–3 days in transit. We fulfill through Amazon’s US network, so we ship and deliver seven days a week and weekend orders aren’t held until Monday. Shipping is free on every order to the continental US, and you’ll get a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way.
