How do I know which size to order?
Your case size matches your phone model. On iPhone, go to Settings → General → About to find your model name. On Samsung or Google devices, check Settings → About Phone. Most other Android brands follow the same path, look for "About Phone" in your Settings app.
Will this case work with MagSafe and wireless charging?
No. This set's ring stand sits over your phone's charging coil, so MagSafe accessories won't attach and wireless charging won't work with the case on — cable charging works as normal. If wireless charging is a must for you, check out our Cosmic Pearls and Trendy Wave Frame series, which are fully MagSafe compatible.
Is this case protective?

What is the ring grip made of, and will it loosen over time?
The heart-shaped diamond ring grip is made of durable zinc alloy with a secure rotating base. Like any ring or hinge, we recommend avoiding excessive force on the stand, used normally, it holds firm and stays gorgeous.

We accept returns on unused cases within 30 days of delivery. If something isn't right with your order, email us at support@xyz-case.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive 3–6 days after you order — about 1–3 days to pack and dispatch, then 1–3 days in transit. We fulfill through Amazon’s US network, so we ship and deliver seven days a week and weekend orders aren’t held until Monday. Shipping is free on every order to the continental US, and you’ll get a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way.

I purchased another for myself because I was drawn to the pretty blue color..Having a wristlet chain is really convenient and easier to carry. The rhinestone embellishments for the kickstand really stand out and it’s quite bougie. The wristlet is comprised of enameled hearts all the way around. Still a very cute case, even four months later. I purchased this case back in March 2026., and the case still looks good. But now in July, the stand is loose and I can no longer use it. The first ring just false loose when handling the phone. And some of the gold has faded on the sides from handling. Other than that, it’s still a good case. Just trying to figure out now how to fix the loose stand.
Case quality and style are good, but the back support loses its effectiveness after a few weeks of use. Overall, I will recommend the product.

This phone case is super cute! Although I haven’t dropped my phone yet, I’m sure the protection would be great. The quality of the magnetic attachment was easy to install as well as the wristlet giving it that extra cuteness.
Purchased May 10th and today (May 28th) the kick stand ring broke. Just flops around. Worthless junk. UPDATE: Seller contacted me with apology and full refund.
I got so many compliments on this phone case, but the stand got loose within six months of use, so not able to use the phone stand anymore. The phone cover still looks pretty, though the polish is starting to fade on the sides.
This case and stand work wonderfully and looks fabulous! So far this has worn well.
